财务成本管理是企业管理的中心内容,从严治企业,首先应抓好财务成本管理。1991年以来,邯钢始终坚持企业管理以财务管理为中心、财务管理以资金管理为中心。通过推行和不断完善“模拟市场核算、实行成本否决”经营机制,使企业发生了巨大变化,被国务院树为全国工业战线上的一面红旗,在全国学习推广。这一新机制的核心内容之一就是强化财务成本管理。
