在开发预防和治疗多种心血管与脑血管疾病的药物中,都将血栓形成作为一个主要靶标。本文着重阐述了血栓形成的一个关键步骤——血小板聚集和粘附分子GPⅡb/Ⅲa拮抗剂对它的抑制作用,并详细讨论了这类拮抗剂的药理学及其在临床治疗中的成功应用与今后的研究方向。
Thrombosis is a major target in the development of medicines that prevent and treat many cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
