报道了盐酸介质中直接用锌精矿和软锰矿制取活性氧化锌和化学二氧化锰的新工艺。试验得出了适宜的工艺条件， 讨论了影响各项技术指标的因素。

Reported a new process for making active zinc oxide and chemical manganese dioxide directly from zinc concentrate and pyrolusite in hydrochloric acid medium. Experimental results obtained the appropriate process conditions, discussed the various factors that affect the technical indicators.
