北京是全国政治、经济、文化中心,北京的商业服务业在全市政治、经济发展中有着重要的地位和作用。党的十一届三中全会后,北京市商业服务业在改革、开放方针指引下,进行了一系列调整和改革,得到了迅速的发展,初步形成了一个行业基本配套、门类比较齐全、营业网点大中小型、高中低档相结合,加工设施、储运设施不断改善的商业经济体系。因此,大力开展岗位培训,不断提高商业职工队伍的素质是北京市商业工作适应经济发展需要的基本保证。一、市商业企业岗位培训工作的概况
