作者采用BAIRD-77系统多晶体γ相机作首次通过法核素心血管造影,对18例正常人和40例确诊冠心病伴无症状心肌缺血患者进行检测。结果表明:①静息左室射血分数(LVEF)小于50%同时伴有室壁运动(WM)异常者为诊断标准,阳性率在心绞痛伴静息性心肌缺血(SMI)组为60.8%,急性及陈旧性心梗(AMI及OMI)后分别为83.3%及60.0%。②对23例心绞痛伴SMI与12例AMI后SMI各项左心室功能参数与正常对照组比较,均提示有不同程度的损害。③局部室壁运动障碍在AMI后SMI达83%。OMI后SMI达80%,心绞痛伴SMI达60.8%。④LVEF<30%同时伴有WM或局部射血分数图像阳性表现,肺血通过时间延长者,在心肌梗塞患者中.提示可能有右室梗塞。
The authors used BAIRD-77 system polycrystal gamma camera for the first time by radionuclide cardiovascular angiography, 18 normal subjects and 40 patients with confirmed coronary heart disease with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were detected. The results showed that: ① The diagnostic criteria was that the resting left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 50% and the abnormal WM was abnormal. The positive rate was 60 in angina pectoris with resting myocardial ischemia (SMI) group. 8% and 83.3% and 60.0% after acute and old myocardial infarction (AMI and OMI) respectively. ② In 23 cases of angina with SMI and 12 cases of AMI after SMI various left ventricular function parameters compared with the normal control group, suggesting that there are different degrees of damage. ③ local wall motion disorder SMI after AMI up to 83%. After OMI SMI up to 80%, angina pectoris with SMI up to 60.8%. ④ LVEF <30% accompanied by positive WM or partial ejection fraction images, pulmonary blood through time prolongation, in patients with myocardial infarction. Tip may have right ventricular infarction.
