Multiple myeloma is a malignant neoplasm of plasma cells. By the year 79, a total of 66 cases reported in the literature have been reported in recent years. Our hospital since 1965, a total of 5 cases of multiple myeloma diagnosis, are reported as follows, and some of the problems in the diagnosis for a brief discussion.
