回火对30CrNiWV钢及焊接接头性能的影响

研究了回火温度对30CrNiWV钢力学性能的影响;针对30CrNiWV钢热轧板开展了TIG和A-TIG焊接工艺试验,并对焊接接头进行了力学性能测试和金相分析。结果表明,在300℃左右回火,30CrNiWV钢回火马氏体组织均匀细小,接头强度可达1683 MPa;采用A-TIG焊接方法,接头强度与基材等强。 The effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of 30CrNiWV steel was studied. TIG and A-TIG welding tests were carried out on 30CrNiWV hot-rolled steel plates. The mechanical properties and metallographic analysis of the welded joints were also studied. The results show that the tempered martensite microstructure of 30CrNiWV steel is uniform and small with tempering at about 300 ℃, and the joint strength can reach 1683 MPa. The strength of the joint is much stronger than that of the substrate by A-TIG welding.
