纤维蛋白原是肝脏合成的一种血浆球蛋白 ,主要作为凝血因子 参与凝血。研究发现纤维蛋白原基因多态性可影响血浆纤维蛋白原水平 ,并可能是缺血性心脑血管疾病的遗传性危险因素。本文介绍了目前纤维蛋白原基因多态性的研究进展 ,并就其与血浆纤维蛋白原水平及缺血性心脑血管疾病的关系作一综述
Fibrinogen is a plasma globulin synthesized by the liver and is mainly involved in coagulation as a coagulation factor. The study found that fibrinogen polymorphism can affect plasma fibrinogen levels, and may be a genetic risk factor for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This article introduces the current research progress of fibrinogen gene polymorphism and its relationship with plasma fibrinogen level and ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
