针对矿用机车电源系统的多路输出特点,参照Compact PCI标准,提出了高集成度与高性价比的逐级功能模块设计方案。电源控制系统模块包括电磁干扰滤波模块、功率系数校正模块、直流斩波模块、辅助电源模块、均流模块等,对各个功能模块的关键参数进行了计算,并设计出直流斩波模块的主电路图。直流斩波性能实验结果表明,在满载电压下的波纹不超过1%,满足设计要求。
According to the characteristics of multi-output of mining locomotive power supply system, according to the standard of Compact PCI, a design scheme of gradual function module with high integration and high cost performance is put forward. The power control system module includes EMI filtering module, power coefficient correction module, DC chopper module, auxiliary power module, current sharing module, etc. The key parameters of each functional module are calculated and the main circuit diagram of the DC chopper module is designed . DC chopper performance experimental results show that the ripple at full load voltage does not exceed 1%, to meet the design requirements.
