本文报导了从汕头口岸进口的545份冷冻食品中检出4份发酵山梨醇阳性的EHEC O157:H7检验结果情况,分析提示了目前该菌在进口冷冻食品中广泛存在和加强进口动物性食品卫生检验工作的重要性。
In this paper, we report the detection results of 4 fermented sorbitol-positive EHEC O157: H7 from 545 frozen foods imported from Shantou Port.
