我厂每年使用大量家兔用于某些抗生素和生化药品的热原试验。目前,国内用于热原试验的家兔多选用青紫兰与新西兰两个品种,这两个不同品种的家兔在热原试验中效应如何,不很清楚,一些有关专家学者对此看法也不尽相同,国内有关资料,尚未见公开报道,我们为了弄清这两种不同品种的家兔用于热原试验反应,而进行了体温稳定性和敏感度等多方面的探讨试验,以便选择适合我厂用于热原试验的家兔品种,现将初步试验研究结果报道如下: 材料和方法 (一)材料: (1)试验用兔:青紫兰和新西兰兔均来自本厂动物场封闭群生产的实验用兔。长
