肺阻抗图是近年发展起来的一种无创伤性检查肺循环疾病的新方法,它在肺循环监护,左、右心功能的客观评价,航天等特因条件的生理病理研究方面都有很好的应用前景。但由于肺阻抗中呼吸干扰的存在,大大限制了其临床应用范围。本文提出用自适应滤波技术去除肺阻抗中呼吸干扰的新方法。在被试者平静呼吸的情况下,逐拍去除呼吸干扰,提取肺阻抗信号。由于本文采用了改进的最小均方算法(LeastMeanSquare,LMS),大大提高了滤波器的收敛速度,使实时去除呼吸干扰成为可能,扩大了肺阻抗的应用范围,并取得较好的结果。
