本文4例均为女性。年龄20～40岁。继发于妊娠剧吐、重症伤寒各2例。于原发病后20至45天内发病。4例均有精神症状和意识障碍。眼球双侧外展障碍1例,各方向不全运动障碍3例;水平眼震1例;水平+垂直眼震3例。双侧轻度面瘫1例,发音低哑1例,视网膜出血2例;躯体共济失调1例,肢体共济失调2例;四肢轻瘫2例,Gordon 征(+)1例,腱反射迟钝或消失4例。实验室检查CSF 常规和生化仅1例蛋白质0.66g/L,压力均正常。ECG 窦性心动过速2例,心肌损害1例。
Four cases of this article are women. Age 20 to 40 years old. Secondary to hyperemesis gravidarum, severe typhoid in 2 cases. In the primary disease within 20 to 45 days after onset. All four patients had psychiatric symptoms and unconsciousness. There were 1 case of bilateral abduction and 3 cases of dyskinesia in all directions, 1 case of horizontal nystagmus and 3 cases of horizontal + vertical nystagmus. Bilateral mild facial paralysis in 1 case, low dumbness in 1 case, retinal hemorrhage in 2 cases; somatic ataxia in 1 case, limb ataxia in 2 cases; limbs in 2 cases, Gordon sign (+) in 1 case, tendon reflexes Or disappeared in 4 cases. Laboratory tests CSF routine and biochemical only 1 case of protein 0.66g / L, the pressure is normal. ECG sinus tachycardia in 2 cases, 1 case of myocardial damage.
