多年来,我国艾滋病(AIDS)防控对象主要是15~49岁人群,50岁以上中老年人群几乎被忽视。但近几年全国监测数据表明,50岁以上中老年人群感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的人数正日益增加。为了解我市中老年男性感染HIV的危险因素,探讨制定相应的防控措施,我们对乐清市报告的50岁以上男性HIV感染者进行了随访问卷调查,现将调查结果报道如下。1对象与方法1.1调查对象
Over the years, the target of prevention and control of AIDS in China has mainly been 15-49-year-olds, and over 50-year-olds and middle-aged people are almost neglected. However, national monitoring data in recent years show that the number of people infected with HIV in the middle-aged and elderly population over 50 years is increasing. In order to understand the risk factors of HIV infection among middle-aged and elderly men in our city and to explore and formulate corresponding prevention and control measures, we conducted a follow-up questionnaire survey on HIV-infected men over 50 years old reported in Yueqing City.
