鼠类自发性多原发肿瘤少见,作者常规剖检Wistar系实验空白对照组大鼠370只,发现有自发性肿瘤鼠31只(肿瘤发病率为8.38%),其中多原发肿瘤者2只,均为雌性。特报告如下: 1.A鼠,18月龄,体重320g. 大体解剖:在16月龄时发现右后肢内侧皮下包块,椭圆形,活动度大,与周围组织无粘连,2个月后明显消瘦,被毛松乱,右后肢瘫痪,肌张力消失。将动物处死后,剖检右后肢内侧的肿瘤,见肿块有完整包膜,大小4 cm×3 cm×2.5 cm,重25g,切面灰白色,其间有不同方向排列的白色条纹。腹腔检查时又发现腹腔内有一肿块,前与回肠、后与脊柱相连,分离肿块,发现其起源肠系膜,腹腔
