1 临床资料烧伤患儿 94例 ,男 5 3例 ,女 41例 ,年龄最小 7月 ,最大 12岁 ,烧伤面积均为 3ｃｍ× 3ｃｍ～ 10ｃｍ× 10ｃｍ ,程度为浅Ⅱ°至深Ⅱ°。其中 47例采用 5‰艾利克溶液清创 (治疗组 ) ,47例采用1‰新洁尔灭溶液清创 (对照组 )。2 方法患者中随机分为 2组 ,在综合治
