2002年,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,全省人民全面贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想,大力推进工业化、农业产业化和城镇化进程,不断优化经济发展环境,积极扩大对外开放,努力克服自然灾害等不利因素影响,国民经济持续快速健康发展,经济增长质量进一步提升,各项社会事业繁荣兴旺,人民生活继续改善。一、综合经济总量迈上新台阶,结构调整取得新进展。初步测算,全年国内生产总值跨过4000亿元台阶,为4340.94亿元,增长9%。其中第一产业增加值847.29亿元,增长2.6%;第二产业增加值1737.2亿元,增长10.9%;第三产业增加值1756.45亿元,增长10.5%。人均国内生产总值为6565元,比上年增加511元。2002年,三次产业结构为19.5:40:40.5,与上年比较,第一产业比重下降1.2个百分点,第二产业上升0.5个百分点,第三产业上升0.7个百分点。
