《药理学》是高职临床医学专业的基础课程,在教学中要求教师不仅要传授显性知识,更要通过隐性知识让学生不断丰富和提升自己。首先从隐性知识内涵入手,针对高职教育特点,分析隐性知识对临床医学专业学生的重要性,其次通过教学准备、教学设计、教学策略探讨隐性知识在课堂教学中的运用。
“Pharmacology” is a basic course of clinical medicine in higher vocational schools. In teaching, teachers are required not only to impart explicit knowledge, but also to enable students to continuously enrich and improve themselves through tacit knowledge. First of all, starting from the implication of tacit knowledge, according to the characteristics of higher vocational education, the importance of tacit knowledge to clinical medical students is analyzed. Secondly, the application of tacit knowledge in classroom teaching is discussed through teaching preparation, teaching design and teaching strategies.
