在我国高职院校迅猛发展和社会竞争日趋加大的背景下,高职院校的德育工作也越来越受到全社会的普遍重视。从教学实际中看,很多高职院校把绝大部分精力投入到了对学生的专业技能教学上,却轻视了对他们在德育方面的引导和教育,这就让不少高职院校的学生在德育方面出现了诸多偏差。而在这一问题上,我国茶文化所蕴含的茶道精神,不仅具有深厚的历史文化底蕴和深奥的哲学思想,也有着以“礼、和、真、静”为思想内核的德育功能,把茶道精神注入到高职院校的德育工作中,能够大大提升学校德育工作的内涵和水平,有利于更好地提高高职院校学生的人文修养和道德水准。
