模拟深埋条件下复合性冲击伤生命耐受力与伤情特点研究——重要脏器血清生化指标的变化

目的:探讨模拟深埋条件下复合性冲击伤大鼠重要脏器血清生化指标的变化规律。方法:Wistar大鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机分为对照组、单纯冲击伤组、低氧缺水缺食组、冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组,每组20只,于致伤后第1、3、5、7天检测静脉血乳酸(LAA)、尿素氮(BUN)、清蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果:(1)单纯冲击伤组LAA和LDH增高,其他指标无显著变化;(2)低氧缺水缺食组LAA、BUN、ALB、AST、LDH指标均进行性或持续性显著升高;(3)冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组LAA、BUN、ALB、AST、LDH指标升高更显著,雄性较雌性显著。结论:冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组大鼠可导致肾、心和肝功能损害,提示低氧缺水缺食对冲击伤具有加重效应,并具有多器官性、速发性、进行性、性别差异性特点。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of serum biochemical parameters in vital organs of rats with complex injuried injury under simulated deep-buried conditions. Methods: 80 Wistar rats, male and female, were randomly divided into control group, shock group, hypoxia and water deficit group, shock group with hypoxia and water deficit group, 20 rats in each group LAA, BUN, ALB, AST and LDH were detected on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th days after the operation. Results: (1) The levels of LAA and LDH were increased in the group of simple injury, but no significant changes were observed in other indexes. (2) LAA, BUN, ALB, AST and LDH were significantly increased in hypoxia / (3) LAI, BUN, ALB, AST, LDH index increased more significantly in shock-injured combined hypoxia scarcity rats than in females. CONCLUSION: Impairment injury combined with hypoxia water lack can cause kidney, heart and liver dysfunction in rats, suggesting that hypoxia lack of water has an aggravating effect on impact injury and has multi-organ, rapid-onset and progressive , Gender differences in characteristics.
