目的:探讨手足口病对红细胞功能的影响。方法:收集2014年在我院住院的手足口病患儿,按照病情分组,行红细胞、血清铁和血气分析检测。结果:随着手足口病病情的加重,血液中红细胞数目、红细胞平均体积和血红蛋白含量有增加的趋势(P>0.05),血清铁含量也从1期的(5.60±4.18)μmol/L增加到4期的(13.13±4.70)μmol/L。同时,Pa O2由1期的(91.30±19.50)mm Hg下降到4期的(80.71±27.57)mm Hg;p H由1期的7.42±0.04下降到4期的7.33±0.19;Pa CO2由1期的(31.40±4.32)mm Hg增加到4期的(36.43±19.03)mm Hg;血乳酸含量由1期的(1.47±0.90)mmol/L增加到4期的(3.67±3.10)mmol/L。结论:红细胞可能参与了手足口病的发生发展,随着手足口病病情的加重,红细胞铁利用和携氧功能障碍也加重。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hand-foot-mouth disease on erythrocyte function. Methods: Children with hand-foot-mouth disease who were hospitalized in our hospital in 2014 were collected and divided into groups according to the disease conditions. The erythrocytes, serum iron and blood gas were analyzed. Results: With the aggravation of hand-foot-mouth disease, the number of erythrocytes, the average volume of red blood cells and hemoglobin increased (P> 0.05), and the serum iron content increased from 5.60 ± 4.18 μmol / L to 4 (13.13 ± 4.70) μmol / L. At the same time, Pa O2 decreased from 91.30 ± 19.50 mm Hg in stage 1 to 80.71 ± 27.57 mm Hg in stage 4, p H decreased from 7.42 ± 0.04 in stage 1 to 7.33 ± 0.19 in stage 4, (31.40 ± 4.32) mm Hg increased to (36.43 ± 19.03) mm Hg in stage 4, while the content of lactate increased from 1.47 ± 0.90 mmol / L in stage 1 to 3.67 ± 3.10 mmol / L in stage 4 . Conclusion: Erythrocytes may be involved in the development of hand-foot-mouth disease. With the exacerbation of hand-foot-mouth disease, erythrocyte iron utilization and oxygen-carrying dysfunction also aggravate.
