芭蕾舞自身拥有浓厚的西方属性,而处于发展阶段的中国芭蕾在人才培养上面临着巨大挑战。中国芭蕾演员在身体、文化、表演心理上都与国外演员存在着较大差异;作为“舶来品”的舞蹈艺术,中国芭蕾虽借鉴“瓦岗诺娃”训练体系,但仍存在诸多问题。文章从自然、文化等方面对比分析中外芭蕾舞蹈演员表现力的差异及原因,并反观中国芭蕾舞教学,提出教学中的问题及解决方案,促使我国芭蕾能够良好、持续地发展。
Ballet itself has a strong western attribute, while the Chinese ballet in its development stage faces enormous challenges in personnel training. Chinese ballet dancers have great differences in body, culture and performance psychology from foreign actors. As a dance art of “imported goods”, Chinese ballet draws on the training system of “Waganova”, but there are still many problem. The article compares and analyzes the differences and causes of the performance of Chinese and foreign ballet dancers from the aspects of nature and culture, and reviews the teaching of ballet in China. It puts forward the problems and solutions in teaching so as to promote the development of ballet in our country well and continuously.
