介绍了基于完整性管理的川气东送数字化管道建设的设计框架和具体内容。结合完整性管理的理念,对川气东送管道的生产运行、风险评价、维抢修等环节进行了整合,归纳为管道GIS管理、管道环境与地质灾害风险管理、管道第三方破坏风险管理、管道本体缺陷风险管理、输气站场与设施风险管理及管道完整性评价6个方面。介绍了基于完整性管理的川气东送数字化管道系统方案设计的内容和研究方向。结合川气东送管道的实际应用情况,阐述了完整性管理与数字化管道平台相结合的优势以及今后的发展建议。
This paper introduces the design framework and specific content of the construction of digital pipeline based on the integrity management in Sichuan to Sichuan. Combined with the concept of integrity management, the production operation, risk assessment and maintenance and repair of the Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline were integrated and summarized as pipeline GIS management, risk management of pipeline environment and geological disasters, risk management of third-party pipeline destruction, pipelines Ontology defect risk management, gas station and facility risk management and pipeline integrity assessment. This paper introduces the content and research direction of the design of digital pipeline system based on the integrity management. Combined with the actual application of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline, the advantages of combining integrity management with digital pipeline platform and the future development suggestions are expounded.
