目的探讨更昔洛韦凝胶联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法 32例(35眼)单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者分为治疗组17例(19眼),联合使用更昔洛韦凝胶和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液进行治疗,对照组15例(16眼),使用传统的无环鸟苷滴眼液进行治疗,用药4周,观察和对比不同用药的疗效。结果治疗4周后,单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者的疗效明显优于传统用药治疗的对照组患者,具有显著性差异。结论联合使用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎,更有效地抑制病毒的同时,能早期促进角膜的修复,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of ganciclovir gel combined with basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods Thirty-two patients (35 eyes) with herpes simplex keratitis were divided into treatment group (n = 17), treated with ganciclovir gel and basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops, and control group (n = 15) (16 eyes) were treated with traditional acyclovir eye drops for 4 weeks to observe and compare the curative effect of different drugs. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the curative effect of patients with herpes simplex keratitis was significantly better than that of the control group treated with traditional medicine, with significant differences. Conclusions Combined use of ganciclovir ocular gel and basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis, more effectively inhibit the virus at the same time, can promote early corneal repair, is worthy of clinical promotion.
