本文用兔骨膜成骨细胞分离培养建立了成骨细胞生物学模型。本法有骨膜取材方便、骨膜生发层所含的成骨细胞量多而集聚的优点,分离培养技术也简单易行,为研究成骨细胞的代谢及成骨潜能提供了有用的工具。
In this paper, rabbit periosteal osteoblasts were isolated and cultured to establish a biological model of osteoblasts. The method has the advantages of convenient periosteal drawing, large amount of osteoblasts contained in the periosteal germinal layer, and simple separation and culture techniques, which provides a useful tool for studying the metabolism and osteogenic potential of osteoblasts.
