案例教学正在成为教育理论和实践界在世纪之交共同的“新宠”。公安法律文书教学顺应时代的发展特点和需求,责无旁贷地需要运用案例教学手段,达到切实提高学生写作能力的教学目的。在实施应用过程中,采纳了“一案到底”的案例教学法,把同一案件在办理过程中,让各种法律文书在办案进程的不同阶段出现,收到融知识、领会、运用、分析、综合、评价为一体的教学效果。
Case teaching is becoming the common “new favorite” of educational theory and practice circles at the turn of the century. The teaching of public security legal instruments should conform to the development characteristics and needs of the times, and it is duty-bound to use the case teaching methods to achieve the teaching objective of effectively improving students’ writing ability. In implementing the application process, the case-based teaching method of “one case in the end” was adopted. During the process of handling the same case, various legal instruments appeared at different stages of the case handling process and received the knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, Comprehensive, evaluation of teaching as a whole.
