本文应用啮合原理,对内齿轮加工时“顶切现象”和“齿廓重叠现象”的“干涉”原因,进行了理论分析,并提出避免这些现象发生的方向性意见。
In this paper, the principle of “meshing” is used to analyze the causes of “interference” of “top cut” and “tooth profile overlap phenomenon” in the process of internal gear machining, and the directional suggestions to avoid the occurrence of these phenomena are put forward.
