我厂承修日本D80-7推土机主机4D-155型发动机,经拆检发现曲轴第一道轴瓦走外圆,瓦孔合金融解,抱轴,主轴孔严重拉伤,不能使用。一、经先后两次检查,瓦走外圆,是油道不畅通所致。第一道瓦工作时,润滑油要通过中间齿轮轴油槽,由于油槽浅,过渡圆角R小,油渍附着后,造成油的通过性差,工作时轴瓦和轴得不到应有的润滑,导致烧瓦、抱轴、拉伤孔。经将主轴孔铂套修复,又把中间齿轮轴油槽加深,圆角R增大,得到了满意效果。
