绿城·桃花源绿城·桃花源生态居住区位于杭州市余杭区凤凰山南麓风景秀丽的丘陵地带,距杭州市区18公里。园区西南两面被桃花河环抱其中,北依起伏低缓的丘陵山坡,江南山水丘陵的诗意之美。项目总占地达2700亩,是中国最低密度的别墅园区之一。整个园区分东、西、南三区开发,东区、西区约270栋别墅于2005年底陆续竣工交付,南区570余栋别墅预计2009年全部交付完毕。其西区的建筑(十锦园组团除外)吸取了国外乡村别墅的优雅风格,同时融合中国民居庭院的思想,强调建筑的庭院围合形态、建筑与自然环境的共生共长和互为映衬关系。风格自然舒展的别墅或隐藏于山林、或傍依于溪边、或伫立于湖畔,营造出特有的诗情画意。
Greentown · Peach Blossom Spring · Peach Blossom Ecological Residential Area is located in the beautiful hills of the southern foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, 18 km away from downtown Hangzhou. Both sides of the park are surrounded by the Peach River, north by slow hills and slopes, the poetic beauty of the hills and rivers in the south. With a total area of 2,700 mu, it is one of the lowest density villas in China. The whole park is divided into east, west and south areas. About 270 villas in the east and west areas were completed and delivered by the end of 2005. More than 570 villas in the south area are expected to be delivered in 2009. Its western buildings (except Jinjin Park) draw on the elegant style of foreign country villas and at the same time integrate the ideas of Chinese residential courtyards, emphasizing the enclosed courtyard structure of buildings and the coexistence of the building and the natural environment and their reciprocal relationship. The style of natural stretch of the villa or hidden in the mountains, or close by the stream, or standing on the lake, creating a unique poetic.
