本文讨论用二元理论设计混流泵的理论和方法。并应用该理论对比转数500的蜗壳式混流泵进行了设计,测试该泵的效率为81~82.8%,允许吸上真空高度5.88米,满足了设计要求。
This article discusses the theory and method of designing a mixed flow pump using duality theory. The theory was compared with that of the volute mixed-flow pump with a rotating speed of 500. The efficiency of the pump tested was 81-82.8%, and the vacuum height of suction was allowed to reach 5.88m, which met the design requirements.
