随着组织内外部环境的变化,技术创新网络结构不断演化。为防止网络早衰和瓦解等现象出现,需要对网络进行有效治理。基于演化视角分析技术创新网络演化不同阶段的主要矛盾与演化拐点,提出矛盾驱动下网络结构优化策略,并指出风险点应采取进入主导的进退机制,控制点应采取适度进入的进退机制,再生点应采取进退联动的进退机制。通过仿真发现,引入进退机制可以增加网络合作伙伴数量,扩大网络规模,提升网络稳定性和创新绩效,但网络信息传输率将会下降。
With the change of the internal and external environment of the organization, the structure of technological innovation network evolves continuously. In order to prevent premature aging and disintegration of the network and other phenomena, the need for effective network management. Based on the evolution analysis, this paper analyzes the main contradictions and evolution inflexions at different stages of technological innovation network evolution and puts forward the contradictory strategy of network structure optimization. It also points out that the risk points should take the leading advancing and retreating mechanism, and the control points should adopt a modest entry and exit mechanism. Should take the advance and retreat linkage mechanism. Through the simulation, it is found that the introduction of the advancing and retreating mechanism can increase the number of network partners, expand the network scale, improve the network stability and innovation performance, but the network information transmission rate will decline.
