锦西县虹螺岘公社菌肥厂,为了坚持常年生产“五四○六”抗生菌肥,经过反复实践和学习外地经验,摸索出可供常年生产“五四○六”菌肥六种保存菌种和母剂的方法。 1.母剂风干保存法: 将母剂或再生母剂在45℃的无菌条件下烘干,装入纸袋,放在风凉干燥处,严防受潮。可采用这种方法保存冬季生产的母剂,以备春季堆制菌肥使用。
