It is one of the key tasks of the Corps to reform and develop in recent years by using the capital market to promote the restructuring and listing of enterprises, drive the reorganization of assets and speed up the economic restructuring. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the Corps successively had six state-owned enterprises (including seven farming and pastoral fields) transformed into listed companies through restructuring. By the end of 2000, the total assets of the six listed companies reached 7.464 billion yuan, and the paid-in capital reached 3.74 billion yuan, an increase of 300% over the pre-IPO level.
