30名男大学生随机分成对照组和太极拳练习组,练习组每天练习20-30分钟,持续5个月。结果显示:太极拳锻炼可以降低TG和LDL-C含量,提高HDL-C及其亚组份HDL2-C和HDL3-C水平,降低脂质过氧化物MDA的含量。
Thirty male college students were randomly divided into control group and Taijiquan practice group. The practice group practiced daily for 20-30 minutes for 5 months. The results showed that: Tai Chi exercise can reduce TG and LDL-C content, increase HDL-C and its sub-components HDL2-C and HDL3-C levels, reduce lipid peroxide MDA content.
