课堂交往的过程是教师教、学生学的过程,是教学目标达成的最主要方式和过程,理清师生交往之间的关系对于教学效果的促进大有裨益。长期以来,笔者对此一直毫无意识,对师生课堂交往认识不深入,在教学中常常没有充实感、成就感,精力主要放置在目标制定与练习安排,然而交往的技巧却没有注意和研究,上课时总是想讲话幽默一点、练习安排紧凑一点就好了,然而教学效果并不好。2012年暑
The process of classroom communication is the process of teachers ’teaching and students’ learning. It is the most important way and process of teaching goal to be reached. It is helpful for the teaching effect to promote the relationship between teachers and students by clarifying the relationship between teachers and students. For a long time, the author has been unconscious about this. There is not a deep understanding of teacher-student interaction in the classroom. In practice, there is often no sense of fulfillment, accomplishment and energy in teaching. However, the communicative skills are not paid attention to and studied. Always want to talk a little humorous class, practice a little compact arrangement just fine, but the teaching effect is not good. Summer 2012
