研究了用于太阳能电池阵的碳纤维复合材料力学性能、疲劳性能及热膨胀系数与温度的关系,结果表明:温度对碳纤维复合材料热膨胀系数影响很小;抗拉强度随温度升高而降低,曲线近似于直线,在-100、20和100℃时,碳纤维复合材料抗拉强度分别为607.4、450.1和320.3MPa;疲劳性能也随温度升高而降低,在-100、20和100℃时,碳纤维复合材料疲劳强度分别为470.1、390和241.2MPa;当温度升高到20℃以后,温度对该材料疲劳性能的影响增大。
The results show that the temperature has little effect on the thermal expansion coefficient of carbon fiber composites. The tensile strength decreases with increasing temperature, and the curve approximates that of the carbon fiber composites. In the straight line, the tensile strength of carbon fiber composites were 607.4, 450.1 and 320.3MPa respectively at -100, 20 and 100 ℃; the fatigue properties also decreased with increasing temperature; at -100, 20 and 100 ℃, the carbon fiber composites The fatigue strength of the material is 470.1, 390 and 241.2MPa respectively. When the temperature is increased to 20 ℃, the influence of temperature on the fatigue property of the material increases.
