拔牙,虽是口腔科常见的小手术,但是个别特殊情况下,也应慎重考虑。在拔牙前必须先问清病史,检查清楚再拔。有下列病史者,拔牙不可太随意。1.高血压患者,如果血压稳定,又无心、脑、肾器质性损害者一般可以拔牙。如果血压高于24/13.3kPa 者应先治疗,再考虑拔牙。2.心脏病患者如果有下列情况者不宜拔牙:6个月内发生过心肌梗死;不稳定或最近才开始的心绞痛;充血性心力衰竭;未控制的心律不齐等。
