相比于其他的档案管理来说,城建档案的一般特征为考查性、原始记录性以及潜在有用性等,与此同时,还具有复杂性、广泛性以及动态性等特点。在城建档案的管理过程中,网络化的服务可以将档案的利用率大大提高。因此,在城建档案的管理过程中,使用GIS技术,能够将资源共享的程度大大提高,从而使得档案管理的查准率与查全率大大提高,使得档案资源能够更好的发挥作用。基于此,文章就基于GIS的城建档案图文双向可视化管理模式进行简要的分析,希望可以提供一个借鉴。
Compared with other archives management, the general characteristics of urban construction archives are testability, original recordability, and potential usefulness, while at the same time, they are complex, extensive and dynamic. In the urban construction archives management process, the network of services can greatly improve the utilization of the file. Therefore, in the process of urban construction archives management, the use of GIS technology can greatly increase the degree of resource sharing, so that the accuracy of the file management and recall rate greatly improved, making the file resources to play a better role. Based on this, the article makes a brief analysis of bidirectional visualization management model of urban construction archives based on GIS, and hopes to provide a reference for it.
