食物中毒是一类严重危害人群身心健康的急性疾病。掌握食物中毒发生高峰时间的分布规律,对预防和控制食物中毒发生有重要的参考价值。为此笔者对宜昌市1960～1996年208起食物中毒案例发生的时间分布规律进行了统计分析,以期为预防和控制食物中毒发生提供科学依据。分析资料来源
