聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)可以将尿液中蛋白质按分子量大小加以组分。通常根据凝胶条中尿蛋白的组成部分及其电泳特征将尿蛋白分为五型,即正常型、低分子型、中分子型、高分子型和混合型。正常型、低分子型和混合型的电泳带,均可出现分子量在5万以下的低分子蛋白带,但正常型尿蛋白的量及组成特征易同其它两型区别。我们将低分子型和混合型蛋白尿中的低分子带统称为病理性低分子蛋白带,以资区别于正常型中的低分子蛋白带。病理性低分子蛋白带的出现,常标志着病变侵犯了小管一间质,这对于肾脏病具有定位诊断的价值。本文对48例出现病理性低分子蛋白带的病因、肾功能进行分析,结合有关文献复习,进一步探讨其临床意义。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) allows the composition of proteins in urine by molecular weight. Urine protein is usually divided into five types according to the components of the urinary protein in the gel strip and its electrophoresis characteristics, namely, normal type, low molecular type, middle molecular type, high molecular type and mixed type. Normal type, low molecular weight and mixed type electrophoresis bands, can appear low molecular weight protein bands below 50,000, but the amount and composition of normal urine protein easily with the other two types of distinction. We will low molecular weight and mixed proteinuria in the low molecular weight belt collectively referred to as pathological low molecular weight protein band, to distinguish different from the normal type of low molecular weight protein band. Pathological appearance of low molecular weight protein bands, often marking the lesions of a small tube violations, which has the value of diagnosis of kidney disease positioning. In this paper, 48 patients with pathological low molecular weight protein bands etiology, renal function analysis, combined with the literature review to further explore its clinical significance.
