几年来,我们紧紧围绕市委、市政府的工作部署,积极推进财政工作的各项政策,取得明显成效,我局被评为全国财政系统先进集体,受到国家财政部、人事部的联合表彰。一、坚持依法行政(一)着力建立和完善了目标明确、行为规范、监督有力、奖惩分明的《宜宾市财政局行政执法责任制度》和九个配套制度,制定了《宜宾市财政局检查工作规则》和五个程序性的具体操作规则。通过这些举措,我局财政法制的管理水平有了明显的提高,财政系统行政执行责任体系初步形成。(二)将取消行政审批事项和规范管理结合起来,建立健全监督
Over the past few years, we have closely followed the work arrangements of the municipal party committees and municipal governments and actively promoted various policies on financial work.
