采用低温乳液聚合法制备丁腈橡胶N31R新牌号。通过对油酸钾、松香皂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、合成脂肪酸钾皂等几种乳化剂的筛选和复配实验,确定了乳化体系:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠和油酸钾作复合乳化剂,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠与油酸钾的用量比为2∶1、复合乳化剂总用量为3.2%。同时优化了聚合配方和工艺条件:聚合转化率在60%之前聚合温度控制在7℃,而聚合转化率在60%之后聚合温度控制在4℃;聚合转化率控制在86%以下为宜。
Preparation of a new grade of nitrile rubber N31R by low temperature emulsion polymerization. Through the screening and compounding experiments of several emulsifiers, such as potassium oleate, rosin soap, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and potassium soap of synthetic fatty acid, the emulsification system was determined: sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and oil Potassium acid as a composite emulsifier, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and potassium oleate ratio of 2: 1, the total amount of composite emulsifier was 3.2%.
