本文响应国家关于高校课程改革的号召,通过对会计专业传统人才培养模式缺陷的举例,提出了培养应用型人才的必要性,并且提出了具体的人才培养方法,对高校会计专业人才培养模式改革有很重要的借鉴作用。随着社会的进步和经济的发达,社会对人才的需求越来越倾向于能够将专业技能和理论知识结合应用的应用型人才,高校人才培养目标应运而生。应用型人才培养,需要从行业需求出发,重视知识的整合性和应用性,同时要及时更新知识,在教学模式上应该是理论和实践相结合,在遵循职业准则和道德规范的基础上,培养学生良好的心理和业务素质、创新能力和实践能力。会计专业应用性相对较强,高校中开设比例较大,就目前而言,大部分高校采用的会计教学模式仍为传统教育模式,该模式下很难培养出社会需要的专业人才,因此,应尽快将应用型会计专业人才培养提上日程。
