在党中央“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术工作必须面向经济建设”的方针指引下,中国科学院从1984年起即热情倡导和鼓励广大科技人员创办高新技术企业。目前,全院科技企业总数500余家,其中院直属企业(集团)5家(含原院管公司24家)、联营企业21家、中外合资公司近40家,境外设立的独资、合资企业共16家,从业人员约23000余人。全院科技企业
