高等教育由精英教育转为大众教育给成人高等学校的招生带来巨大冲击,生源质量的变化,学员工作环境、工作状况的变化,使我们面对的学员具有了新的特点,如年纪轻、无工作学员增多、工学矛盾更加突出等,产生了与以往学员不同的学习需求。学校作为管理与服务的主体,只有转变传统的教育管理理念,传统的育人观、传统的授业观,在教育教学管理的各个方面进行必要的改革,尽可能地满足学员的需求,并把改革上升到自觉的行动,真正实现对学员的人性化管理。
