村级小学教育在农村学校教育中占着半壁江山。村校在承担普及义务教育、提高农村人口素质方面发挥着重大作用。加强村级小学建设,搞好村级小学管理,提高村校质量,对推进基础教育均衡发展,促进教育公平,构建和谐社会有着重要的现实意义。由于村级小学所处的社会环境、自然环境、经济条件以及自身管理等方面因素,严重制约着村校发展。当前村级小学条件差,质量和效益不高,与村级小学所承担的任务、发挥的作用和教育自身发展的要求很不协调。加强村级学校建设与管理,着力提高村校质量,是摆在我们面前的一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。如何加强村级学校建设与管理,怎样提高村校质量呢?
