患者宿××,男,22岁。因发作性意识障碍及抽搐,于1976年2月26日入院。主诉:从1975年8月始,自觉头晕、胸闷、嗜睡,每4～5天抽搐发作一次,以后逐渐加频,至入院前每日发作3～5次不等。抽搐时四肢伸展性抽动,呼吸深,尿失禁,但咀不吐白沫。每次发作10～120分钟,醒后全身无力,经输葡萄糖后即可好转。曾在某医院按癫痫用苯妥英钠治疗,开始略有好转,以后仍属无效。既往史:童年患小儿麻痹症。
