为开发新型建筑材料,我们曾对利用湖南省会同县水泥厂粘土资源烧制轻质粘土陶粒进行了试验研究。并对电炉试制粘土陶粒的主要技术性能作了测试,对膨胀剂进行了初步探讨。认为试验结果可为生产性中间试验提供依据,这将对湖南省边远地区的开发起促进作用。(一)原材料的性质试验所用的原材料主要是粘土,其次是膨胀剂。膨胀剂是在粘土性能欠佳时加入的。膨胀剂的作用是:①增加粘土的有机质含量,②改善粘土的物化性能。
In order to develop new building materials, we conducted a pilot study on the use of clay resources from cement factories in Huitong County, Hunan Province, to burn lightweight clay ceramsites. The main technical performance of the trial production of clay ceramsite in electric furnace was tested and the expansive agent was discussed. It is believed that the test results can provide a basis for productive intermediate experiments, which will promote the development of the remote areas in Hunan Province. (a) The nature of the raw materials The raw materials used in the tests were mainly clays, followed by expanders. Expansion agents are added when the clay properties are poor. The role of expansion agent is: 1 increase the organic content of clay, 2 improve the physicochemical properties of clay.
