预算编制是全面预算管理的重要内容,在当前社会,全面预算管理在各个公司中有着广泛的应用,发挥着重要的应用价值,能减少企业经营面临的风险,提高企业的经营效益。公司在推行全面预算管理时,预算编制存在一些问题,降低了预算编制的准确性,只有针对问题,找出合理的应对方式,才能保证全面预算管理发挥出应有的作用。笔者结合本公司全面预算编制实际情况,对容易出现的问题及合理应对方式进行了介绍,希望对相关工作人员提供一定参考与帮助。
Budget preparation is an important part of overall budget management. In the current society, total budget management has a wide range of applications in various companies and plays an important application value. It can reduce the risks faced by business operations and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises. When the company implements the comprehensive budget management, there are some problems in the budget formulation, which reduces the accuracy of the budget formulation. Only by solving the problem and finding a reasonable coping style can the comprehensive budget management play a proper role. Based on the actual situation of the Company’s overall budget preparation, the author introduces the problems that are easy to arise and the reasonable coping styles, and hopes to provide some reference and help to relevant staffs.
