当前,影响经济社会实现科学发展的一个重要因素,是一些地方的个别干部对科学发展观的认识尚不到位,甚至有些偏差。中央党校副校长王伟光在7月2日《北京日报·理论周刊》上撰文指出,有的领导干部在对科学发展观的认识理解和把握上存在着五个方面的误区,部分官员片面的把科学发展观与改革相对立,这种观点是错误的。为此,要引导和教育各级领导干部从五个高度正确认识、科学理解和深刻把握科学发展观。
